Parents and Players,

Welcome to the Bandits 2011 Baseball season. As you may know, this is the Bandits 16th year in existence. Over the past 10 years, many

of our teams have enjoyed local, state and national events. And, as always, we will once again have teams in a range of age and skill

categories. For all new, and returning, Bandits players, we will post and hold tryouts on almost every Friday night in Jan, and Feb. . The

dates will be posted in early January for each teams workouts and site.

All players and parents must remember that we will make every effort to place as many players as possible. However, there are a limited

number of roster slots and we place players according age and skill level on the appropriate team. While, the Bandits are committed to

further developing young talent, it must be remembered that these are highly competitive teams, with some teams playing a grueling “club”

schedule (i.e., lots of travel and many tournaments). While we do give preference to returning players, their selection on any given team is

not guaranteed.  Please keep in mind that placement on any Bandits team will require 100% commitment from the player.

The Bandits, thanks to many of you, have become a coveted forum for players to showcase their talents; therefore many potential players

will be turned away. If you do not get selected for a team this year, please do not be angry or disappointed. You should continue to

develop your skills by attending clinics, working on your own or working with personal coaches, and remember there is always next year!
